If you know that any of these items will not be obtainable, please let us know ahead of time and we will make accommodations.

• You and Your Spouse - Under Alabama law, a spouse is often required to sign specific closing documents, even if they are not on the deed to the property.
• Certified Payment – We require a Certified Check or Banker’s Check for all real estate transactions.
• Identification – A Valid government-issued photo ID is required at all real estate closings.
